The handovers are where things go wrong.
The conventional route is a regulatory consultant for the dossier, an importer for clearing, a warehouse for storage and a logistics firm for delivery. Four contracts, four points of contact, and four opportunities for something to sit unattended while each party waits on another.
We do all four. That means the person who knows what NAFDAC approved is the same person responsible for how the product is stored, and the documentation trail stays intact from submission through to the point the product reaches a pharmacy shelf.
