01 The work
Approval is not arrival.
A registration certificate does not put product on a shelf. Regulated goods still have to clear customs with documentation that matches the approval exactly, and any discrepancy between what was registered and what is on the manifest becomes an expensive stay at the port.
Because we hold the regulatory file, the clearing documentation is prepared against the approval itself rather than against a supplier's best guess at it. From there the product moves to distributors, pharmacies or facilities under conditions appropriate to what it is.
